About Rapport

Rapport is a civic reporting platform that connects residents with the people who can actually fix things in their town — potholes, downed branches, broken streetlights, illegal dumping, code issues, and everything in between.

How it works

• Report: snap a photo, pick a category, drop a pin. We route it to the right town and department.
• Track: see status changes as town staff acknowledge, work on, and resolve your report.
• Verify: other residents can verify that an issue still exists, raising its priority.
• Earn: useful, accurate reports earn civic points and recognition on your town leaderboard.

Who it's for

Anyone who lives in, works in, or cares about a town. Town staff use the same platform — verified by the town — to manage their queue, route reports between departments, and communicate with reporters.
