Accessibility Statement

Building Rapport LLC is committed to making civic reporting usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.

What we do

• Semantic HTML and ARIA labels on interactive controls.
• Keyboard navigation support across all flows (submit a report, view status, manage your account).
• Color contrast that meets WCAG AA in both light and dark contexts.
• Responsive layouts that work down to a 320px viewport.
• Form fields with visible labels and accessible error messages.

Known limitations

Some user-uploaded photos may lack alt text. Map-based location pickers may be difficult to use with assistive technology — you can always type your location instead. We are actively working on these areas.
