Legitimate Safety Concerns Only
This platform must be used to report legitimate safety concerns — things like potholes, broken streetlights, illegal dumping, hazardous sidewalks, and other issues that affect the well-being of our town. Every report is reviewed and routed to the appropriate department. Please do not use this tool for general complaints, non-safety issues, or matters outside the scope of town services.
Zero Tolerance for Abuse
Abuse in the form of unprofessional language or behavior, or reporting false concerns, will result in account deletion. We take the integrity of this community seriously. Constructive, respectful reporting is what makes this platform work for everyone.
